#dovecottagemyfaveroom: Laura's Kitchen

Each Friday on the blog it's all about the beautiful homes I'm inspired by in my feature 'My Fave Room'. If you'd like to enter upload a photo over on Instagram of your favourite room in your home, using the #dovecottagemyfaveroom, and I'll be focusing on one each week. So without further ado, here's this week's room - Laura's (@laurakateelvis) lovely kitchen ...

I absolutely love the seating Laura has gone with in her kitchen - seats one side and bench the other gives this dining area a lovely cosy feel - I can imagine entertaining lots of people in here! 

Not only that, but she's also got a breakfast bar area, always a great idea for creating a more sociable feel to a kitchen. I love these bar stools (I've got them in my kitchen too!), and think the white contrasts so well with the darker wood of the cupboards.

As you can see, this is such a lovely spacious room - however if like me, space is tight in your kitchen, a wall dresser like Laura's is the perfect way to display pretty crockery and accessories without taking up valuable inches. Also, how cute is that vintage bureau in the background?!

Finally, look at those blooms! I love Laura's gorgeous log style mat too - perfect final addition to top the look off!
