The Creami Deluxe makes it so easy to create either simple everyday treats, or to go all out and impress friends and family with showstopper puddings for special occasions.
Planning a Spring BBQ or garden party and want to serve impressive treats without needing to spend the whole party in the kitchen?
The great thing about the Ninja Creami Deluxe is that most of the work is done the day before, with the majority of the recipe created and frozen 24 hours prior to enjoying.
This of course means you can prep as many desserts or frozen treats you can squeeze in your freezer, with the Creami Deluxe doing all the hard work for you on the day.
On serving, all you need to do is add the final ‘pour-in’ ingredients, and the Creami Deluxe mixes your frozen treat up for you, ready to serve.
How to use the Ninja Cream Deluxe
Creating delicious homemade frozen treats couldn't be easier, even for a very amateur chef like me. The process is made up of two stages, with a ‘base’ created and frozen 24 hours before serving.
Once you’re ready to eat, the final stage requires adding ‘pour-in’ ingredients, which the machine then mixes together with your frozen base to finish your treat.

Raspberry Eton Mess Ice Cream
I was most excited to try the ice cream function, so this was my first stop. The recipe options here are endless - literally any flavour you can think of can be recreated in ice cream form at the touch of a button.
I couldn't resist attempting an ice cream version of my favourite ever dessert - Eton Mess, and it was even tastier than I imagined!
To create the base (to be frozen for 24 hours):
Whisk together 150g condensed milk, 270ml double cream and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Add 180g frozen raspberries (thawed in microwave for 1 minute)
Freeze using the handy lidded Creami Deluxe tub for at least 24 hours. Make sure your tub remains flat whilst in your freezer.
Remove from the freezer, and process using the ‘Ice Cream’ function on the machine, selecting ‘Full’.
This processing takes only a few minutes. After its complete, make a hole in the centre of your ice cream for your ‘Pour-in’ ingredients.
For the pour-in (to be made just before serving):
2x meringue nests (broken up into pieces)
30g frozen raspberries
Once you’ve added your pour-ins, use the ‘Mix-in’ function to process. After just 5 mins you’re ready to serve.

Additional options
You can add as many optional ‘mix-ins’ as you like - why not be creative and add some chocolate chips, or even broken up shortbread for some extra crunch?
This ice cream would also be perfect served in cones, or perhaps alongside a scoop of another flavour ice cream such as white chocolate, for a double treat?
Frappe
Quite simply, the creamiest, thickest frappe I’ve ever tasted. A real treat, which you could easily make as a decaffeinated version too by simply switching the black coffee to decaf.
To create the base (to be frozen for 24 hours):
Start with putting 60g granulated sugar into an empty Cream Deluxe tub. Add 225ml hot black coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar. Then add 85ml single cream and 85ml whole milk - you could use a diary-free creamer an an alternative.
Before freezing the tub it needs to be cool. Simply do this by placing the tub in a bowl of ice. Once cool freeze for 24 hours.
Remove from the freezer, and add your ‘pour-in’ ingredients up to the ‘Drinkable pour-in’ line on the tub.
For the pour-in (to be made just before serving):
Hot black coffee
Process using the ‘Full’ and ‘Frappe’ options on the Creami Deluxe, after which your drink is ready to enjoy. I’ve added some whipped cream and chocolate sauce, for an extra special touch.
Pina Colada frozen drink
Because slushies aren’t just for kids, you know! The ice in this frozen drink was perfectly crushed and drinkable - would be absolutely perfect for a boiling hot summer day.
Because this recipe uses a canned cocktail as its base, it would be so easy to create a non-alcoholic version too. Simply choose the virgin option of your chosen cocktail.
To create the base:
This recipe is so easy to prep - simply add 2 x 250ml cans of Pina Colada cocktail into your Cream Deluxe tub and pop in the freezer for 24 hours. Make sure the tub is kept flat as you don’t want the liquid to freeze at an angle.
Remove from the freezer and add your next ingredients up to the ‘Drinkable pour-in’ line.
For the pour-in:
Add 125ml Coconut Cream and 125ml Pineapple Juice.
Process using the ‘Full’ and ‘Frozen drink’ options on the Creami Deluxe, after which your drink is ready to enjoy.
My favourite Ninja Creami Deluxe features
One of my favourite features is the fact that all parts are dishwasher safe. No need for hand washing each section like most kitchen appliances, the parts came apart really easily so I just needed to pop them in the top shelf of the dishwasher.
The machine also felt really easy to put together, but also very safe too. All sections slotted into place easily, with safety locks.
What frozen treat would you make first?
