Dove Cottage takes your privacy seriously, and as such this policy describes the personal and non-personal data we collect when you visit or sign-up for our newsletter, plus how we store it and what we use it for.

Dove Cottage Blog collects only information provided by you, such as your name and email address on signing up to our mailing list, and is used solely for the purposes of getting in touch via our weekly e-newsletter and occasional emails for marketing purposes. Your personal data will be saved as long as you are subscribed to our email communications (details on how you can unsubscribe can be found below). 
We will never share or sell your personal data with any third party without your consent. We use a secure third-party service for the mailing list who ensuring your data is protected through the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. 
Non-personal data 
In addition to collecting such data, Dove Cottage Blog may gather other non-personally identifiable information for the purposes of determining how our site is being used. This is in order for us to create a better, more enjoyable and user-friendly site. 
Examples of information gathered include the site a user has come from when visiting this blog, the pages they has viewed, how much time they spent on each page and any links they may have clicked on.
Want to opt out of receiving emails from us?
You can unsubscribe from receiving our emails at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of any email. Your personal data will then be deleted from our records as per your 'right to erasure'.
