This week I'm looking at bathrooms, a room which can sometimes be quite difficult to style, especially if you have as many lotions, potions and general clutter as I do! But that doesn't mean it can't be stylish too.
Thanks so much to everyone who shared beautiful pictures over on Instagram this week using the hashtag #DoveCottageFridayFaves - I've featured some of my favourites here...
1. First up this week is this beauty from @oliviarose_x - I've never seen a loo with so much wow factor! You can't go wrong with a gallery wall, but I never thought to do one in the bathroom - how amazing does this look?! All the bits go so well together, and I particularly love the gorgeous hanging mirrors. Plus, pink walls is again a colour I wouldn't think to go for in a bathroom, but it looks absolutely perfect in here.
2. Next is this wonderfully calm-looking bathroom from @myhome_nicola.x. I love the colour scheme in here, I bet its the perfect place to relax and have a soak! Storage is something I struggle with in my bathroom, so love these pretty shelves she's used to hide away all the bits and bobs you seem to always have in a bathroom, making it look so neat and tidy.
3. I absolutely love the colour scheme @laurakateelvis has gone with in her bathroom - I've said it before but I'm totally obsessed with all things grey at the mo, so can't get enough of her feature wall. Plus how amazing are her ladder shelves?! They look perfect in here, and really finish off the look. Also, is that a toilet print I can see?! Amazing!
4. I was really pleased to see my lovely Insta friend @amy_fullbrook_x played along with the hashtag this week. She was one of the first people I followed when I first joined IG, and I've been admiring her beautiful home ever since. How perfect do her vintage prints look in here? I love the hints of pink too, especially that gorgeous towel, and the perfectly styled bath shelf.
5. I've featured the lovely @carolinejsmith75's home before in this feature, as its the prettiest, most feminine home you could imagine! Every room seems to be really well thought out, with gorgeous accessories and decor, and her bathroom is no different! I love the pastel theme in here, the blue and pink go so well together - how lovely are her matching cupboards? I don't know how she ever gets out of the bath!
6. Finally this week is @soboid's bathroom. I'm a huge fan of pretty storage, so absolutely love these shelves - doesn't this look like a bathroom in a fancy hotel?! I also love nautical themed decor for a bathroom too, so really like that she's used those cute beach huts to add a bit of colour. I bet this room smells gorgeous too, with those lovely smellies!
