Why I decided to start blogging...

Blogging has always been one of those things I've thought about doing, but have never been quite brave enough to 'take the plunge'. But after finding a love for Instagram back in the summer, and seeing how well it goes hand in hand with blogging, I bit the bullet and set up my own! 

For me, both blogging and sharing pictures over on my Instagram page has become a hobby, and even a bit of an escape. If you're having a crappy day it's so nice to open the app, spot a little orange heart, and 'feel the love' from all the wonderful people I've 'met' on there (it still amazes me that anybody's interested in little old me and my home!). If there's one thing that always cheers me up its receiving lovely comments, having a good old nose at others' homes, and drawing inspiration for my next project! 

This year has been a fairly tough one for a number of different reasons, as I'm sure many people can relate to, however discovering a little outlet like this I can disappear into for a bit of a 'pick-me-up', or even having it as something to simply concentrate my thoughts on has been one of my highlights of 2015. 

So this is just a little thank you really, thanks for taking the time to read this, chat to me on Instagram, or even just like one of my photos, as sometimes the little things can mean more to someone than you realise.
