Friday on the blog is always all about the beautiful homes I've been crushing on recently, and every week I'll be running my Friday Faves - featuring a few of your beautiful homes and images I've been drawing inspiration from over the past few days.
This week I'm looking at some gorgeous dressing tables! This is one of the more girly ones I've done, so it's been lovely looking at all your beautiful getting-ready areas. Thanks so much to everyone who shared their pictures over on Instagram this week using the hashtag #DoveCottageFridayFaves, I've featured some of my favourites here...
1. First up this week is @missrebeccafaith's absolute stunner of a dressing table! Have you ever seen anything so glamourous?! This seriously looks like something out of a showroom - I'd love to know how she keeps it so clean, I have foundation marks all over my dressing table! I absolutely love the mirrored effect, it must bounce so much light off it all around the room. And how gorgeous is that seat?! Absolute dream set-up.
2. Next up is this lovely getting-ready area from @hart_at_home - I can't stop looking at that gorgeous baby picture! What a lovely photo to look at when getting pampered first thing in the morning. I'm seriously jealous of all Aimee's Jo Malone goodies, and I love how the candlelight gives this area a really cosy feel. Also, how lovely is that hexagonal mirror?!
3. I was so glad to see that the lovely Vicki from @mylittlecupcake_eviex has entered this week - she has the most beautiful home and designs some stunning bows through her business @beautifully.boho over on Instagram - go check it out if you've got some little girls to buy for this Christmas! Anyway, how lovely is her dressing table?! How perfect does the floral garland look around the mirror, and that print on the wall!
4. Next up is @vee_murr's beautiful dressing table - how neat and tidy does this look?! The fairy lights around the mirror again make a stunning addition, and I love how she's even managed to make her make-up brushes look pretty styled like that! Also, I can't help but notice the reflection of her bed in the mirror - how snuggly does that gorgeous fur throw look?!
5. @mrsdebclark has entered this gorgeous picture of her dressing table - she's got an amazing Jo Malone collection too! It looks like she's used cake stand to display her perfumes - how genius is that?! Looks absolutely perfect. Also, that's another beauty of a bed in the background - how much do you want to curl up in there right now?!
6. And finally this week is this lovely picture from @emma_c_lilly. I'm a huge fan of neutral decor (as I'm sure you know!), so this one jumped out at me this week as being so simple but beautiful. How pretty is her delicate dressing table - styled to perfection with a few select pieces. And I'm in love with her beautiful chest of drawers in the reflection - if you look carefully she has the most perfect little cupboard styled with some pink and white flowers. I'm so jealous of how tidy her room is!
